START HERE ✨ Reserving your appointment is simple through the online reservation site. Each service includes a detailed description to help you select the option that best fits your needs. Not sure which facial to choose? All first-time facial clients must begin with the New Client Facial. During your appointment, we’ll discuss your skin concerns, current routine, lifestyle, and goals before customizing your treatment. FIRST-TIME FACIAL CLIENTS Before your appointment, please complete the required online intake form thoroughly. Your consultation will take place at the beginning of your appointment. During your consultation, we’ll review: • Your primary skin concerns • Current skincare products and routine • Medical conditions and medications • Lifestyle factors that may affect your skin • Short-term and long-term skin goals • Professional treatment and home-care recommendations You do not need to know exactly what your skin needs, that’s what I’m here for! COMMON FACIAL QUESTIONS Will I break out after a facial? A few temporary blemishes may surface following extractions or the introduction of certain active ingredients. However, severe or persistent breakouts are not considered a normal result. Please contact me if you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following your treatment. Can I wear makeup after my facial? Whenever possible, avoid makeup for the remainder of the day to allow your freshly treated skin time to recover. Specific aftercare instructions may vary depending on the treatment performed. How often should I receive a facial? Most clients benefit from professional treatments every 4–6 weeks. Your recommended schedule will depend on your skin condition, concerns, goals, and home-care routine. Will one facial correct all of my skin concerns? Healthy skin requires consistency. While one facial can leave your skin feeling refreshed and hydrated, long-term correction typically requires a combination of professional treatments, proper home care, and healthy lifestyle habits. FIRST-TIME WAX CLIENTS How long does my hair need to be? For the best results, the hair should be approximately the length of a grain of rice, typically at least 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving, depending on the area. Please do not shave or trim the hair before your appointment. If the hair needs to be shortened, it will be handled during your service. What should I expect during my first Brazilian wax? Feeling nervous before your first Brazilian wax is completely normal. I’ll explain the process, guide you through positioning, answer your questions, and prioritize your comfort throughout the service. Most first-time clients find that the anticipation is more intimidating than the actual wax! HAVE QUESTIONS? CANCELLATION POLICY
(Cancellation & Rescheduling) •Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling with less than seven days’ notice incurs a $15 fee. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, and no-shows, incur a fee of 40% of the remaining service balance. Fees are charged to the card on file, and a new deposit is required to reserve another appointment. •Appointment reminders are sent 72 hours before your appointment. Your suite address is sent 48 hours before your appointment. (Late Arrivals) •A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and a $15 late fee may apply. If you arrive too late to be serviced, the cancellation policy applies. (First-Time Facial Clients) •Your first in-person facial must be The Signature Skin Experience: a 90-minute, $205 service that includes your consultation, customized facial, LED therapy, and personalized home-care and treatment recommendations. •If you want skincare guidance without reserving a facial, you may reserve a standalone Virtual Skin Consultation for $45. Payment is due when you reserve. This consultation is a standalone service and is not credited toward a future facial. •Consultations are for facial clients only and are not required for waxing services. (Deposits & Payment) A non-refundable deposit of approximately 35% is required for facial services and is rounded to the nearest $5. Waxing appointments require a $30 deposit. Waxing services priced at $30 or less must be paid in full when reserved. •Your deposit is applied to your service total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted; cash is not. (Age Requirement) •Clients must be at least 16 years old. For clients under 16, a parent or legal guardian must attend the first appointment and provide written consent. (Guests) •Please arrive alone. No additional guests, children, or pets are allowed in the treatment room. A parent or legal guardian may attend as required by the age policy above. (Refunds) •All sales are final, and refunds are not issued. Please contact me directly if you have a concern about your experience. (Appointment Day) •Please arrive two minutes early for check-in.
