CANCELLATION POLICY

(Cancellation & No-Show Policy) •We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Our booking software will send out appointment reminders 72 hours prior to your scheduled time to help you plan accordingly. The address is sent 24 hrs prior to your appointment. •If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, arrive more than 10 minutes late, or do not show up, a 25% fee of your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file and you will need to book a new appointment online with a new deposit. (Late Policy) •You have a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. •Appointments rescheduled with less than one week’s notice will incur an additional $15 fee. (First-Time Client Policy) •A $15 virtual consultation is required before your first facial. If you book your facial immediately after the consultation, the fee is applied to your service total. •If you choose not to book right away, the consultation fee is non-refundable. However, it can still be applied to a facial if booked within 7 days of your consultation. (Age Requirement) •Clients must be 16 years or older. If you are under the age of 16, a parent or legal guardian must be present at your first appointment to provide written consent. (Guests) •Only one person is allowed in the treatment room. Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment. (Refunds) •All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If you experience any issues or concerns, please contact us directly. We want to ensure you have the best experience possible. (Payment Policy) •A non- refundable $15 deposit is required at the time of booking. •The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. •We accept Card, Zelle, and Cash. Tap pay will be available soon. (Day Of Appointment) •Arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for check in. •Bring a list of skin care products & medications usage and make sure to fill out the client questionnaire forms. •Late arrivals will result in a shorter service and or a possibility of having to reschedule.
